Todd focuses on business, real estate, and tax issues helping businesses and individuals navigate the complexity of high-level transactions and their consequences. For over ten years, Todd was an adjunct professor at Capital University Law School in the J.D. and LL.M. programs.
Outside of the office, Todd enjoys golfing and rooting for the Buckeyes and Liverpool FC.
