Introduction
Patrick is a litigator with over 30 years’ experience representing businesses in commercial, construction, and real estate disputes. Patrick understands litigation is an inherent risk to businesses that needs to be maintained accordingly. While some cases require a hardline approach, all require a well-reasoned path towards settlement.
Patrick was a member of the 1978 University of Notre Dame National Championship Football Team and enjoys cheering on his team during football season.
